This Privacy Statement sets out the policy of Active Traders Pty Ltd for handling your personal information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to compliance with the Privacy Act 2000 and the National Privacy Principles.

Collection/Retention of Personal Information

Active Traders collects and retains information such as your name, contact details, identification confirmation details and credit or debit card details. This information is collected for the purpose of providing you with access to, and information about, our products and services.  Active Traders does not collect or hold sensitive information.  If you are receiving communications from the Australian Stock & Investment Group and do not wish to receive this information any longer, you may remove your name from our list either by calling on 1300 365 839, emailing privacy@activetraders.com.au, or you may also write.
